Interview/Selection Guides

This is a robust interview guide in MS Excel, with 4 tabs for differing roles and 25+ questions each. This model is partially based upon the "GH Smart Hire Method" also called the "A Method".

It encompasses questions for pre-screening and then more in-depth questions based upon KPI's for the role, core competencies for the role, and company core values.

Samples include a Customer Service Rep for an insurance Agency and a Social Media Manager, Office Manager, & Virtual Assistant for a Med Spa.
